Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a First Officer for private jet operations in the United States. The role involves executing safe flight operations from taxi to touchdown under FAA regulations and OEM checklists, while delivering service-forward hospitality to Owners and guests.

Qualified candidates will have substantial flight time and ATP-related certificates, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with Owners, NetJets, and FBOs across time zones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Total flight time: 1,500 hours; or 1,250 hours with R-ATP certificate; or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or R-ATP certificate.
• Cross-country: 200 hours.
• Fixed-wing PIC: 250 hours.
• Night: 100 hours (75 with 45 night takeoffs/landings).
• Instrument: 75 hours.
• Fixed-wing multi-engine: 50 hours.
• ATP written exams completed prior to indoctrination training.

Responsibilities

• Execute safe, efficient flight operations from taxi to touchdown per FAA regs and manuals.
• Provide briefings to Owners and guests on itinerary, weather, and safety; coordinate in-flight hospitality.
• Load/secure baggage; assist with pets, ensuring comfort and compliance.
• Serve as liaison among Owners, passengers, NetJets, and the FBO.
• Monitor aircraft systems and report maintenance issues; complete documentation.
• Uphold safety, regulatory compliance, and company policies; exercise appropriate authority.
• Perform additional duties aligned with the First Officer role.
