Job summary

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certification and multi-engine rating required.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
• Strong customer service mindset and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service including catering and beverage handling as needed.
• Load and stow baggage securely for flight.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from check-in to final landing and handoff.
• Report maintenance abnormalities to MCC Controller and document accordingly.
• Perform all duties with professional demeanor and adapt to trip requirements.
• Comply with safety, regulatory guidance and company procedures.
• Assist with varying schedules and time-zone changes as necessary.
