WHO YOU ARE:

You are responsible for driving retail sales to high-net-worth individuals, with a proven track record of increasing revenue through sales operations. You should have:

  1. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop and maintain client connections.
  2. Experience working with High Net Worth individuals in sectors like automotive, wealth management, or real estate.
  3. 2-5 years of hands-on Part 135 sales experience, with a record of developing and closing retail sales opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL LEAD

Your priorities include:

  • Developing and refining marketing strategies based on industry trends.
  • Collaborating with leadership to promote charter services.
  • Selling charter block-time products.
  • Introducing clients to Part 91 or Part 135 management prospects, including discussing compensation.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH

You will work cross-functionally with Charter Sales, Flight Support, Finance & Accounting, and Marketing teams to support sales efforts.
