Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report changes in the client’s condition to the agency
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
