Job summary

Arcis Golf in Lemont, IL is seeking a events coordinator to plan, support, and market all private events and meetings at the property. You will build relationships with guests, coordinate with departments, and upsell services to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities include menu planning, ensuring requirements are communicated, and assisting with contracts. This role involves evenings/weekends and interaction with multiple teams to execute successful events.

SUMMARY

Responsible for planning, supporting and marketing all private events and meeting functions at the property through direct client contact to maximize profits from revenues. Maintains ongoing relationship with guests. Assist in project management and implementation of contracts and agreements.

Essential Functions:
