Job summary

Mahler Private Staffing seeks a polished, detail-oriented Junior Housekeeper to join a private residence. You will support the family and report to the Senior Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization.

Qualifications

Discreet, reliable, service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Experience in private residences or luxury environments with verifiable references.
Able to maintain a flawless, orderly home and appearance.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques for marble, antiques, paintings, fine linens, windows, etc.
Willing to follow instructions and adapt to employer’s preferences.
Mature, courteous, proactive personality.
Honest, punctual and responsible.
Flexible to changes in household routines.
Long-term intent to stay in role.
Ability to work legally in the United States.
Possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Maintain the residence to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and organization.
Support the family and residence under the Senior Housekeeper’s guidance.
