Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute new platform and add-on investments.
• Lead financial analysis, modeling, valuation, diligence, and transaction execution.
• Develop investment theses and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Take day-to-day ownership of investments post-close and collaborate with portfolio leadership.
• Manage junior investment professionals and external advisors.
• Support sourcing, portfolio strategy, value creation initiatives, and exit planning.
• Work directly with Partners on investments and firm initiatives.
