Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, investment banking, commercial banking, or private equity.
• FINRA Series 79, Series 63, and SIE required within initial 90 days.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior members and execute transactions for private equity firms.
• Support client meetings and assist in due diligence sessions.
• Prepare presentations to sponsor clients for business development.
