Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on primary private equity fund investments across buyouts, growth equity, venture and real assets.
• Evaluate direct co-investment opportunities alongside premier financial sponsors.
• Perform in-depth analysis of companies, industries and private equity portfolios.
• Prepare due diligence materials and investment committee memos.
• Monitor existing investments through fund manager interaction, annual meetings, and quarterly financial reviews.
• Support fund marketing, client requests, and special projects such as product development and asset allocation analyses.
