Qualifications

• Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity experience in a law firm.
• Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Active bar admission in the state of the applying Morgan Lewis office.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate transaction agreements for corporate deals.
• Support corporate and business transactions practice in M&A/PE
• Coordinate with deal teams on due diligence and closing mechanics.
