Job summary

Responsibilities

Maintain and update investor records, contact details, and activity logs in the firm's CRM system (Dynamo).
Track investor interactions, requests, and key deadlines for effective relationship management.
Assist with due diligence questionnaires and RFPs; coordinate responses with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Investments.
Maintain the RFP response library and templates to ensure up-to-date materials.
Monitor investor emails, respond professionally, log correspondence, and support transfers and wire updates.
Prepare investor presentations and roadshows using PowerPoint and Excel; coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
