Job summary

State Street seeks a PE NAV professional to manage internal workflows, client deadlines, and oversee the general ledger for multiple fund entities. You will partner with trade ops, investor services, custody, tax, and financial reporting teams across onshore and offshore locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 5–6 years in Private Equity, with experience in complex fund structures and fee calculations. You will be challenged daily with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–6 years of Private Equity experience.
• Experience with alternative investment asset classes and complex fund structures.
• Experience with fee calculations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal workflow and client deadlines.
• Manage client relationships & liaise with client personnel daily.
• Maintain relationships with investment professionals, investors, auditors, lawyers, and banking personnel.
• Overseeing the general ledger for various fund entities.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.
• Review quarterly/annual financial workpapers.
• Review investor allocations, capital calls, and distributions.
• Review and/or prepare complex fee calculations, management fees, waterfalls, and capital accounts.
