Jobot in Fort Worth, TX is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate for GP Services to support equity compensation partnership operations. You will handle financial reporting, accounting tasks, and special projects with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires a 3–5 year accounting background, strong Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP), and experience with CRM and GL systems. A hybrid work model is offered in Fort Worth with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or financial operations experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.
• Experience working with CRM systems, general ledger applications, financial reporting systems, and large databases.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Administer loan facility platforms, including participant setup and ongoing maintenance.
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Post and reconcile daily cash transactions.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
• Prepare wire transfers and record financial transactions.
• Support monthly partner reporting and financial reporting processes.
• Prepare financial analyses and operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting assignments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
