Qualifications

• Current MBA student (1st and 2nd year) enrolled in full-time US MBA programs.
• 2+ consecutive years of consulting experience; ideal for MBB alumni exploring PE.
• Passion for private equity and small business.

Responsibilities

• Work with portfolio company and portfolio operations team to refine, analyze, and implement strategic initiatives post-acquisition.
• Contribute to a value-creation sprint in areas such as growth strategy, pricing, or product.
