Job summary

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified junior associate to join our Debt Finance group. The candidate will represent private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

Experience with credit agreements and commitment papers, and drafting/negotiating collateral agreements and deliverables, is valued.
