ProsperOps, a Flexera company, is hiring a Private Equity Business Development Manager to expand PE partnerships and drive pipeline growth. This remote US role focuses on relationship management, partner reporting, and event support, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, investment research, or analyst roles.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Interest in or understanding of the Private Equity ecosystem.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills, written and verbal, with comfort presenting to external stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS or cloud-native companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly/quarterly PE calls to grow and source opportunities.
  • Represent at industry events and assist field execution.
  • Create QBR decks, reports, and insight briefs for portfolio engagement.
  • Build and maintain PE-influenced pipeline reporting.
  • Track engagements across firms and keep CRM up to date.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/RevOps for pipeline visibility.
