Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling skills: three-statement models, LBOs, valuation.
• Understanding of M&A transactions, due diligence, and investment evaluation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential acquisition opportunities through financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
• Build and maintain financial models, including three-statement models, LBOs, and valuations.
• Support all stages of the M&A process from screening to closing.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and materials for investment committee.
• Conduct industry research, market mapping, and target identification.
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals, management teams, and external advisors.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic growth initiatives.
