The firm is sector agnostic, with particular expertise in the services, products, and technologies industries, and seeks a full-time Investment Associate to join its growing team.Associates play pivotal leadership roles across all aspects of the investment process and are expected to take significant ownership from day one. The role covers investment thesis creation and refinement, deal sourcing, financial analysis and modeling, preparation of investment committee materials, negotiation of contracts and agreements, due diligence coordination, and ongoing portfolio company management.Specific responsibilities include managing the diligence and execution of transactions, preparing transaction evaluation materials for the Investment Committee, assisting in sourcing new investment opportunities and developing investment theses, and performing valuation analyses including assessment of financial merits, risks, and mitigating factors.The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, or economics.
