The firm is currently investing out of its sixth fund and seeks equity investments of $15–$30 million in companies with market capitalizations between $30 and $150 million.The Investment Associate will work closely with senior professionals on current and new investment opportunities across the full transaction lifecycle. Key responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling, new deal diligence and research, preparation of screening and investment committee memos, term sheets, and lender presentations, assisting in all aspects of the transaction process from deal sourcing through execution and financing, and providing portfolio company support and investor reporting including direct interaction with management teams.The ideal candidate will have two to three years of investment banking, buy-side, or corporate finance experience. The position requires strong financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of balance sheets, cash flow, and income statements. Candidates should be intellectually curious, self-starters who are comfortable managing multiple assignments simultaneously and confident engaging with senior executives, investment bankers, and portfolio company professionals.This is a pre-MBA Associate position with an expected two to three year tenure.
