Leon Capital Group, a founder-led diversified holding company, seeks a Private Equity Associate for its Direct Investments Team in Dallas. The role spans investment execution, financial analysis, and hands-on company-building across multiple portfolio companies, with ownership opportunities for high performers.
You will collaborate with leadership to launch and scale operating platforms, drive strategic initiatives, and support M&A integration while working five days per week at the headquarters.
Leon Capital Group (LCG) is a founder-led diversified holding company with a long-term, partnership-driven approach across healthcare, financial services, real estate and technology. LCG’s culture is entrepreneurial and grounded in the belief that capital, relationships, and creativity compounded over time drive enduring value creation.
The Private Equity Associate will join the Leon Capital Group Direct Investments Team, a group of business builders dedicated to launching and scaling new operating platforms. The team partners directly with founders and executives to create, acquire, and grow businesses that become part of LCG’s expanding portfolio. The Direct Investments team currently oversees 10+ operating companies and platforms, spanning sectors such as healthcare, financial services, consumer services, and insurance. The Associate will play a hands-on role across all stages of investment, execution, and company-building. High performers will have the opportunity to take on increasing ownership across investments, lead operating initiatives, and grow into future principals and platform leaders at LCG.
You are a high-performing, analytically driven individual with a passion for building businesses from the ground up. You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where you can take ownership, think strategically, and execute decisively with some autonomy. You combine investment acumen with operational curiosity, someone who enjoys both the deal-making and the company-building sides of private equity. You’re eager to work directly with leadership teams, contribute to key strategic initiatives, and grow into a future leader at LCG.
