Job summary

Advantage Capital in Portsmouth, NH seeks a motivated Analyst with 0–4 years of post-undergraduate experience to source investment opportunities and support financial analysis and deal execution. You will build relationships with business owners and operators, and gain exposure to due diligence, modeling, and memo drafting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Role Overview

Advantage Capital is seeking motivated, confident, and articulate individuals with 0–4 years of post-undergraduate experience. Candidates are expected to have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a strong record of leadership.

This role begins with a primary focus on sourcing new investment opportunities—identifying and building relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and operators across a broad range of industries. Over time, Analysts will also gain exposure to financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution, providing a well-rounded private equity experience.
