Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a board-certified ENT physician for a private practice in the Boston area. This opportunity offers a guaranteed salary with year-one production bonus upside.

The practice supports partnership with profit sharing and surgery center ownership. General ENT, rhinology, laryngology, and otology are performed, with onsite audiology, ENG testing, and videostroboscopy, plus a 1 in 8 call schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• American Board Certified in Otolaryngology (or eligible for residents).
• Unable to support visa.
• Start date in 2026/2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide general ENT care including Rhinology, Laryngology, Otology.
• Work in a private practice setting with hospital coverage.
• 1 in 8 call schedule.
• Utilize onsite Lab, Audiology, ENG Testing, and Videostroboscopy.
