Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to students within the school setting according to physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, and other prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student education participation and inclusion
• Support student health needs through care coordination and emergency response
• Maintain accurate documentation of student health records and interventions
