Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home care in the Monessen area. You will provide hands-on nursing to a variety of pediatric and adult patients, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care.

The role includes overnight shifts (9p-7a), flexible scheduling, and the use of a tablet for electronic documentation. Potential for skill advancement and paid training is highlighted in the job description.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in Monessen/Monongahela area.
• Work overnight shifts with 9pm–7am schedule; coordinate with care team.
• Document patient care using tablet in the home setting.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
