Aveanna Healthcare in Pennsylvania seeks Registered Nurses for private duty home health patients in Monessen and Charleroi. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN with day, night, and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes in Monessen and Charleroi.
• Document care plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and caregivers to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to Aveanna policies and state regulations.
