Job summary

Avail Home Health of Washington State is seeking to hire a part-time or full-time Private Duty RN/LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing in patients' homes. A flexible schedule and competitive home care wages are offered to support work-life balance.

We provide paid patient-specific orientation with an experienced nurse until you're ready to work independently, plus benefits and 1:1 patient care in a home setting across Washington. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a RN or LPN in Washington State.
• Current CPR certification.
• New graduates are welcome!
• Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling with 8–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing one-on-one with patients in their homes.
• Maintain accurate charting and communicate with patients and families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
