Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare, in partnership with Family First Homecare, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing patient population across Iowa. You will deliver compassionate in-home nursing care, perform assessments, and collaborate with the care team to achieve excellent outcomes.

This role offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or PRN options, including days, nights, and weekends, plus a tablet-based documentation system and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (assistance to obtain after hire if necessary).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home registered nursing care to patients.
• Document care using Aveanna tablet in each patient’s home.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
