Always Compassionate Health in Hampton Bays, NY is seeking an RN for private-duty home care in a one-on-one setting. You will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and support patients in their homes.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay at $45/hour, and the chance to make a meaningful difference for patients and families. A NY license and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN or RN license.
• Minimum of 6 months of home care experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Perform G-tube/PEG care, tracheostomy care, and suctioning as required.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Provide ventilator support when required and appropriately trained.
• Educate patients and caregivers and maintain accurate documentation.
