Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility.
• Wound care experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in IV Skills and Central Line care is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs.
• Perform routine procedures and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer medication according to physician’s orders.
• Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
