The role offers flexible scheduling with availability of full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts, competitive hourly pay, and training for specialized care such as trach, vent, and G-tube as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Massachusetts RN license.
• Experience in pediatrics or home care preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Ability to document patient health and progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled pediatric nursing care in a home setting.
• Carry out personalized care plans with attention and empathy.
