Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Easley, SC and surrounding areas. Pay starts at $29+ per hour with full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (SC).
• License must be held at least 1 year prior to application.
• Ability to provide care in a home setting.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams.
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes.
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
