Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking compassionate nurses to provide private duty pediatric care in patients' homes in Texas. You will work with one patient per shift, with shift lengths ranging from 4 to 12 hours to fit family needs.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient’s condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records using web-based EMR.
