Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Missouri is seeking LPNs and RNs for compassionate private-duty home care for pediatric and young adult patients. You’ll deliver one-on-one nursing in the patient’s home, building trusted relationships with families.

We offer purposeful work with hands-on training, flexible Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options, premium pay for Weekday Overnights, Weekend Days, and Weekend Overnights, plus a benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Hands-on training provided

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to children and young adults at home
• Build trust with patient and family through one-on-one visits
