Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking LPNs and RNs to provide compassionate pediatric nursing in clients' homes across Missouri. You’ll support children with complex medical needs, collaborate with families, and help families celebrate milestones in a familiar setting.

We offer paid training, ongoing clinical support, and competitive pay with weekly direct deposit. Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time, and PRN roles to fit your life and commitments.

Qualificações

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred, but training is provided
• Passion for patient-centered care

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in patients' homes
• Collaborate with families to develop and follow care plans
• Monitor patient condition and document in charts
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams to adjust treatment as needed
• Support families in learning and managing care at home
