Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for private duty home health in the Greater Houston area. We offer part-time and full-time positions with 8–12 hour shifts, providing one-on-one pediatric nursing care in patients’ homes, ensuring safety and family-centered care.

Qualified LVNs must hold Texas LVN license, CPR certification, and have 6 months of pediatric home health experience.

Qualifications

• Texas LVN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 6 months of pediatric home health experience as an LVN is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs during visits.
• Administer medications and treatments per individualized plan of care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure quality outcomes.
