Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health in Thornton specializes in private duty nursing for pediatric patients. As an LPN, you will work with one patient per shift, with shift lengths varying to fit family needs. We provide on-the-job training and 24/7 support to our nursing team.

You will administer medications and therapies, monitor patient conditions, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Medical records are maintained through our web-based EMR.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
