Job Summary

Best Care Home Services is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric client with developmental disorders. Observation Expectations

Documentation Expectations

• Complete timely, accurate, and detailed nursing notes for every shift

• Ensure documentation meets state, Medicaid, and home health regulatory standards
• Support audit readiness and continuity of care through thorough charting

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license in South Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Pediatric experience required (1 year minimum)
• Experience with developmental disorders strongly preferred
• Home health or private duty nursing experience is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
