Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care as defined by the Nurse Practice Act.
• Follow physician orders and client care plans.
• Document changes in orders in the medical record per agency procedures.
• Provide personal care, monitoring, and client teaching.
• Coordinate with the client’s care team and maintain a safe environment.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and payor/accreditation standards.
