First Day Homecare is seeking a licensed registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing services under medical practitioner orders. The role follows the Nurse Practice Act and state regulations while delivering patient-focused care in home settings.
Reports To: Clinical Supervisor. Works with the care team to implement care plans, document changes, monitor patient progress, administer medications, and ensure safety and quality standards in all visits.
Performs skilled nursing functions in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and within the guidelines of professional standards and the Nurse Practice Act. All nursing services provided will be under the direction of medical practitioner (MD, DO, NP, PA, etc.) orders.
