Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home private duty nursing in Clarinda, IA. The role provides compassionate, patient-centered care across all ages, with flexible scheduling (days/nights/weekends) and a strong support network.

You will work in patients’ homes using a tablet for electronic documentation, with paid training and opportunities for career advancement within a nationwide provider.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to transfer compact licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care with compassion and empathy.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and clinicians to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Insert state-specific requirement here
• Must have reliable transportation
