Homewatch Caregivers of St. Cloud-Minneapolis–St. Paul is hiring Private Duty LPNs to provide high-quality nursing care in home and respite care settings.

This full-time/part-time role offers a flexible schedule and meaningful work that fits your lifestyle. As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and help develop individualized care plans, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in private duty, home care, or acute care settings preferred.
• Valid LPN credentials (MN) required.
• Proficiency in home care practices and protocols.
• Familiarity with occupational health standards.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical evaluation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• Excellent communication with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
