Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, invites experienced RNs and LPNs to join as private duty nurses. You will deliver discrete, premier 1:1 care in clients' homes tailored to each case.

As a 1099 contractor, you control when you work, where you work, and which cases you accept, with weekly pay and pay rates starting at $40/hour. The role offers flexible shifts (8–12 hours, short visits, per-diem or ongoing cases) and the chance to build a high-end, client-focused

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in good standing.
• 2+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care (ADLs, vitals, wound care, med mgmt).
• Coordinate client needs, including supplies and transport to appointments.
• Maintain timely documentation and communicate with families, physicians, and support office.
• Educate patients and families on health management.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

As a Concierge Private Duty Nurse, you will deliver discrete, premier clinical care tailored to your patient’s specific needs:

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

Because our clients pay privately for premium care, we collaborate with dependable, self-motivated clinicians who uphold the highest professional standards.

• Active LPN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
