Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services is seeking experienced Registered Nurses and LPNs for high-end in-home private duty care. As a 1099 contractor, you control when you work, where you work, and which cases you accept.

Pay starts at $30+ per hour, negotiated per case, with weekly pay. Location is client-specific, in-home assignments that offer flexible 8-12 hour shifts, short visits, or long-term cases, catering to VIP clients.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, 1:1 nursing care (ADLs, vitals, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate client needs including supplies, DME, and transport.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate with families and physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health management.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Concierge Private Duty Nurse, you will deliver discrete, premier clinical care tailored to your patient’s specific needs:

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.

Qualifications
