Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare in Ottawa, KS is seeking an LPN/LVN for private duty home health. You will provide patient-centered nursing care in patients’ homes and work closely with clinicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license in Kansas, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and willingness to work flexible days, nights, and weekends. Aveanna offers 24/7 local support, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients
• Support clinicians and collaborate with families to achieve clinical outcomes
• Utilize electronic documentation on a tablet in the patient's home
