Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); Aveanna can assist in obtaining it if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Must have reliable transportation.
