Job summary
BrightStar Care San Antonio is hiring compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide skilled Private Duty Nursing (PDN) care in patients' homes. Full-time and PRN positions available.
The role includes one-to-one patient care, implementing physician plans of care, administering medications, and teaching families. Texas LVN license in good standing required; relocation not needed.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Texas LVN license in good standing.
- Experience in private duty/home health care is a plus.
Responsibilities
- One-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Follow physicians' plan of care and document care provided.
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies.
- Provide health promotion education to family members.
