Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join its private duty home health team in Florida. The schedule includes Thursday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm, Saturday 5:00pm-9:00pm, and Sunday 9:00am-6:00pm, serving patients in Debary 32713.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• CPR certification with hands-on component is required (Aveanna can assist after hire)
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Six months nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation required
