Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.

• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component). Aveanna can assist after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
