Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Cherokee, IA. Shifts are 7am–4pm, weekdays with possible weekend work, joining a large private-duty nursing network recently joined with Aveanna.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) preferred or obtainable after hire.
• TB skin test completed within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes required.
