Job summary

Accurate Home Care is hiring a Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes, including adults and children. You will perform nursing processes, communicate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and provide a range of cares from vents to wound care.

We offer flexible 8- to 12-hour shifts, a competitive hourly rate starting at $27/hour, and benefits like health insurance reimbursement, 401k, CEUs, paid time off, and on-demand pay. EOE, drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid LPN license in Minnesota.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English.
• CPR (BLS) through AHA or Red Cross as required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient status with physician and care team.
